I had a lovely stay at the hotel, which is situated right across from the beach and river mouth. The rooms were spacious and had nice amenities, making it perfect for a relaxing break. The service was friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the seafood grill from the restaurant. However, it was a bit challenging to hear presenters in the large space, and that was a downside. Overall, I think it's a great spot, especially for families looking for a comfortable stay in Ballina.
